Solutions when incident action buttons aren't working.
Incident must be "Paused"
Already verified? Check if awaiting second approval
Already rejected? Cannot verify rejected incidents
Unlocked? No verification needed
Requirements:
Incident must be "Verified" (single approval) or "Approved" (dual approval)
If dual approval enabled, second approval must be complete
If you see "Awaiting 2nd Approval":
A different team member must approve
You cannot approve your own verification
Wait for colleague to approve, then unlock
Free tier users see "Upgrade to Resolve Incidents" instead of action buttons. Upgrade to Business or higher to access verify/unlock features.
Ensure you have the correct role:
Members can verify and unlock
Check with Owner if access seems restricted
"Approval pending" - Wait for second approval
"Permission denied" - Check your role
"Already verified" - Incident already processed
