What to do when your email link no longer works.
Team invitation links expire after 7 days.
Contact the person who invited you
Ask them to resend the invitation
They can do this from Settings > Team Members
Login magic links expire after 15 minutes.
Go to the login page
Enter your email again
Request a new magic link
Use the new link immediately
Security - Prevents old links being used if intercepted
Best practice - Time-limited tokens are industry standard
Check spam/junk folder
Add [email protected] to safe senders
Verify you're using the correct email address
Check with IT if email filtering might be blocking
If you continue having issues accessing your account, contact support with your email address.
