Customise which alerts you receive and how they're delivered.
Go to Settings > Alert Channels to manage:
Add or remove email addresses
Each address receives all alerts
Available on all tiers
Connect to your workspace
Select channel for alerts
Send test messages
Connect to your Team
Select channel
Verify connection
Alerts are sent for:
New incidents (bank change detected)
Dual approval requests
Incident status changes
Escalations
Each channel can be independently enabled or disabled without disconnecting:
Go to Settings > Alert Channels
Toggle channels on/off as needed
All configured channels receive the same notifications. There's no per-channel filtering.
