Deleting Your Account

If you need to permanently delete your OutflowGuard account, here's the process.

Before Deleting

Consider these alternatives:

• Downgrade to Free - Keep your account without paying

• Transfer ownership - Pass the account to someone else

• Disconnect Xero - Stop monitoring without deletion

Deletion Process

1. Email [email protected]

2. Subject: "Account Deletion Request"

3. Include your account email

4. Confirm you want deletion

What Happens

1. We verify your identity

2. Data export provided if requested

3. Account enters 30-day grace period

4. After 30 days, data permanently deleted

Data That Gets Deleted

• Your profile information

• Incident history

• Audit logs

• Team associations

• Connection credentials

Data That May Be Retained

• Billing records (legal requirement)

• Anonymised usage statistics

Cancelling Deletion

During the 30-day grace period, contact support to cancel the deletion request.
