Each tier allows different numbers of organisations:
Free: 1 organisation
Business: 3 organisations
Pro: 10 organisations
Agency: 50 organisations
Use the tenant selector in the dashboard header
Click to see all connected organisations
Select the one you want to view
A user can have different roles in different organisations:
Owner in Org A
Member in Org B
Manager in Org C
Your subscription can cover multiple organisations:
Agency tier users can manage all orgs under one subscription
Other tiers have specific org limits
Each organisation's data is completely isolated:
Incidents don't cross organisations
Team members are per-organisation
Settings are per-organisation
Account-level integrations (one Slack for all orgs)
Bulk invites across organisations
Centralised management
