Every new OutflowGuard account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Business tier. Here's what you get and what to expect.

What's Included in Your Trial

During your trial, you have full access to all Business tier features:

• 12-month historical audit scan

• Full risk scoring and analysis

• Bank detail change monitoring

• Ghost supplier detection

• Email, Slack, and Teams alerts

• Up to 5 Xero organisations

• Up to 10 users

• 2-person approval workflow

• CSV/Excel compliance reports

When Your Trial Ends

If you don't subscribe before your trial ends:

• Your account is automatically downgraded

• No payment is charged

• Your data and Xero connection are preserved

• Paid features (verify, unlock, Slack/Teams alerts, team members, exports) become unavailable

How to Subscribe

You can subscribe at any time during or after your trial:

1. Go to Settings > Billing

2. Choose Business ($79/month) or Practice ($199/month)

3. Complete payment

4. All features activate immediately

There is no grace period after the trial ends. Paid features are immediately restricted. All prices in AUD.
