Why can't I connect a Xero organisation?

Only Owners and Managers can connect Xero organisations. If you see a disabled 'Connect to Xero' button with a tooltip saying 'Only Owners and Managers can add new organisations', you need to ask your organisation's Owner or a Manager to connect the Xero organisation for you, or request to have your role upgraded.

If you see a disabled 'Connect to Xero' button with a tooltip saying "Only Owners and Managers can add new organisations", you have two options:

Ask your organisation's Owner or a Manager to connect the Xero organisation for you
Request to have your role upgraded to Manager
