Configure email alerts to notify your team when bank account changes are detected.
Go to Settings
Click Manage Channels in the Alert Channels section
In the Email section, enter the email address
Click Add
You can add multiple email addresses to receive alerts. Each recipient will receive the same notification when an incident is created.
Email notifications include:
Supplier name (partially masked)
Old and new bank details (masked)
Direct link to view the incident
Action buttons for quick response
Different incident types trigger different email templates:
New Incident - Bank change detected, payment paused
Verification Required - Reminder to verify pending incidents
Dual Approval Request - Second approver needed
Incident Resolved - Summary of resolution
