At the top of your dashboard, you'll see key metrics:
Total Incidents - All incidents created since connecting
Active Incidents - Incidents requiring attention
Resolved Incidents - Completed verifications
Money Protected - Estimated value of protected payments
Use filters to find specific incidents:
Date Range - Filter by creation date
Supplier Search - Find incidents by supplier name
Status Filter - Show only specific statuses
Tenant Selector - Switch between connected organisations
The main table shows all incidents with:
Supplier name
Current status
Creation date
Last updated
Click any incident to view full details and take action.
The activity feed shows recent actions across all incidents, including verifications, unlocks, and escalations.
