How to Enable Two-Person Approval

Two-person approval adds an extra layer of security by requiring two different people to approve bank account changes.

Requirements

• Owner role in OutflowGuard

• Business tier or higher subscription

• At least 2 team members

Enabling Dual Approval

1. Go to Settings

2. Scroll to the Security section

3. Find "Require Two-Person Approval"

4. Toggle the switch to On

Important Notes

• Only owners can enable or disable this setting

• Setting only applies to new incidents created after enabling

• Existing incidents continue with their original workflow

• You need at least 2 team members, otherwise the second approval cannot be completed

What Changes

With dual approval enabled:

• After first verification, status becomes "Pending 2nd Approval"

• Second team member receives notification

• Same person cannot be both approvers

• Unlock is blocked until second approval is complete
