If your Xero connection has expired or been revoked, you'll need to reconnect to restore monitoring.

No new incidents being created despite changes
Connection status showing "Disconnected"
Xero access was revoked in Xero settings
Your Xero subscription changed
Token refresh failed
Xero API was temporarily unavailable
Go to your OutflowGuard dashboard
Click the "Reconnect" button in the banner (or go to Settings)
Click "Connect Xero"
Log in to Xero when prompted
Authorise OutflowGuard again
Select your organisation
Monitoring resumes immediately
Historical data is preserved
Pending incidents remain active
Team members retain access
In most cases, OutflowGuard automatically refreshes tokens before they expire. Manual reconnection is only needed when:
Access was explicitly revoked
Automatic refresh failed multiple times
