Slack Integration Setup

Receive instant fraud alerts directly in your Slack workspace.

Requirements

• Business tier or higher OutflowGuard subscription

• Owner role in OutflowGuard

• Access to add apps in your Slack workspace

OAuth Connection (Recommended)

1. Go to Settings in OutflowGuard

2. Click Manage Channels

3. In the Slack section, click Add to Slack

4. Review the permissions and click Allow

5. Select the channel for alerts

6. Click Connect Channel

Selecting a Channel

Choose a channel that:

• Your finance/accounts team monitors

• Has appropriate visibility (public or private)

• Won't be overwhelmed with other messages

Testing

After connecting, click Send Test Alert to verify the integration is working.

Webhook Alternative

If OAuth isn't suitable, you can configure a webhook URL:

1. Create an Incoming Webhook in Slack

2. Copy the webhook URL

3. Paste it in OutflowGuard settings
