Notification Content and Format

OutflowGuard sends detailed alerts through your configured channels when bank changes are detected.

Alert Contents

Every alert includes:

• Supplier name (partially masked for security)

• Old bank details (masked: •••• 1234)

• New bank details (masked: •••• 5678)

• Timestamp of detection

• Direct link to view the incident

• Action buttons for quick response

Bank Detail Masking

For security, bank details are masked in alerts:

• Australian format: BSB 123-456 •••• 1234

• International format: •••• 1234

Slack Format

Slack messages use Block Kit with:

• Header section with alert type

• Supplier and bank change details

• Action buttons: "View Incident", "Verify"

Teams Format

Teams messages use Adaptive Cards with similar structure to Slack.

Email Format

Email alerts include:

• HTML-formatted body

• Clear call-to-action buttons

• Plain text fallback
