Team Roles Explained

OutflowGuard has three distinct roles with different permission levels.

Owner

The first user to connect a Xero organisation becomes the Owner.

Permissions:

• Full control over all settings

• Manage billing and subscription

• Invite and remove any team members

• Change member roles

• Enable/disable dual approval

• Configure alert channels

• Transfer ownership to another user

• View, verify, and unlock all incidents

Manager

Managers can help administer the team but cannot change core settings.

Permissions:

• Invite new members (as Member or Manager)

• Remove members (but not other Managers)

• View all team members

• View, verify, and unlock all incidents

Cannot:

• Change other users' roles

• Modify organisation settings

• Access billing

• Remove Managers or Owner

Member

Members can work with incidents but cannot manage the team.

Permissions:

• View all incidents

• Verify bank changes

• Unlock payments

• Add notes and comments

Cannot:

• Invite team members

• Change settings

• Remove other users
