Remove team members who no longer need access to your organisation.
Owner - Can remove anyone except themselves
Manager - Can remove Members only (not other Managers)
Go to Settings
Scroll to Team Members
Find the member to remove
Click the Remove button (trash icon)
Confirm the removal
User loses access immediately
Their actions remain in the audit log
They can be re-invited later if needed
User slot becomes available for new invites
The Owner cannot be removed (ownership must be transferred first)
Removing the only Manager leaves only the Owner with admin access
Consider transferring ownership before removing if the Owner is leaving
