User limit reached - what to do

Resolve user limit issues — Business allows 10 users, Practice allows unlimited

User Limit Reached - What to Do

If you see a "user limit reached" error when trying to invite, here are your options.

Check Pending Invites

Pending invitations count towards your user limit. Go to Settings > Team Members and cancel any expired or unneeded invites.

Remove Inactive Users

Review the team member list and remove anyone who no longer needs access. This frees up slots for new invites.

Upgrade Your Plan

If you genuinely need more users:

Tier	User Limit
Business ($79/mo)	10 users
Practice ($199/mo)	Unlimited

Go to Settings > Billing to see your current usage and upgrade.
