You can downgrade from Practice to Business if your needs have changed.
Go to Settings
Click Billing or Manage Subscription
Select the Business tier
Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all current features until then.
When downgrading from Practice ($199/mo) to Business ($79/mo):
Organisations beyond 5 (Business limit)
Users beyond 10 (Business limit)
Dedicated account manager
Priority support
Unlimited audit log retention (reverts to 90 days)
Multi-tenant dashboard
Remove team members to stay within 10 users
Disconnect extra Xero organisations if you have more than 5
Export any audit data you want to keep
Your data is retained even after downgrading. If you upgrade again, everything is restored.
