Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime, but:
No refund for the current month
Access continues until end of billing period
No charges after cancellation takes effect
For annual subscriptions:
Within 14 days - Full refund available upon request
After 14 days - Prorated refund may be available

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Refunds may be granted outside the standard policy for:
Technical issues preventing use
Duplicate charges
Billing errors
